- Memberships are not transferable
- Memberships are not refundable
- Suspension is available on direct debit memberships only
- Cancellations on direct debit memberships can be done immediately, discharge is $50
- Personal Training series must be used within 3 month expiry period
- Personal Training is not refundable
- Personal Training is transferable to another person if cannot be used by purchaser
