Terms & Conditions
Before your visit.
We recommend advance bookings to ensure availability of services.You will
be required to provide a security deposit of 25% or Gift Voucher number
for all services, which is non-refundable unless 24hrs notice is given
for cancellations or alterations.
What time should I arrive ?
To prepare for your visit and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time.
What do I wear ?
During your body treatments you will be warmly draped with a large towel at all
times….only the specific area being worked on is exposed. Plush robes
and thongs are worn throughout your visit and disposable underwear
is provided (certian body treatments only). When having hydrotherapy
treatments a bathing suit is recommended.
Gift Vouchers

Spa is pleased to offer gift vouchers for these and other special occasions.
We suggest gift vouchers as an idea for corporate incentive rewards and
have a range of individual treatments or packages to suit.
Payment
We accept Cash, Eftpos and most major Credit Cards. A 10% discount is available to concession card holders.
