Karen Lewis has been a fixture at Logans Beach Spa and Fitness for more than 5 years. Her role at Logans is shared between the fitness and spa areas as qualified in numerous fields of health and fitness.

After studying Myotherapy, Karen went back to the books and completed her certifications in Fitness, Pilates and a Bachelor in Food Science and Nutrition.

Karen is one of Warrnambool's leading Remedial Massage therpaists. Her massage style emcompasses both myotherapy and remedial massage techniques.

Karen's approach to nutrition, especially for weight loss, is 'back to basics'. Karen's attitude to health and wellbeing is from a holistic outlook, with an emphasis on lifestyle and behavoiur changes for long term benefits.

Personal Training is also one of Karen's strengths and has become a influencial factor in members health and wellbeing goals.

Remedial Massage

Karen Lewis began working as a Myotherapist in 2002 after completing an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at the Australian College of Sports Therapy. Karen uses both Myotherapy and remedial massage techniques in a treatment. The massage is done within the client's pain tolerance while still ensuring benefits and results. Everybody can benefit from remedial massage!
