  • Do your cardio on an empty stomach so your body uses its fat stores for energy
  • After any resistance training try to get a well balanced protein and carb meal eaten within 45 minutes of training.
  • Always warm up with moving stretches before exercise and static stretching after exercise to improve flexibility,
  • reduce muscle tension, and increase circulation of blood to the muscles and increase energy levels.
  • Make sure you have good fats in your diet such as fish oil or flaxseed oils. This will help you lose body fat.

Fats give you energy to workout harder, help process vitamins A,D, E & K, helps skin and hair look healthier.
