Class Descriptions

Group Personal Training - Small Group sessions designed for all abilities and ages. These classes may be held inside our outdoors depending on the weather, and not one class is ever the same. We like to use the surrounding areas; beach, running tracks and parks to push you to your fitness goals. Outdoor training is fun and gets great results!

Spin - 45 minute cycle class to music, a great fat burner class and is suitable for beginners through to advanced levels.

Energise - A 45 minute high impact aerobics class sure to make you sweat!

Hit and Spin - A class that incorporates Spin and boxing in the one class. 45 minutes of cardio which is a great fat burner or for someone that wants something different with variety.

Aqua - This class is held in our salt pool incorporating resistance and cardiovascular workouts. This is a low impact workout and is suitable for all ages, pregnant women, rehabilitation and general fitness.

Bounce Back with Babes - This class is especially for mums with new bubs incorporating the babies into the hour of fitness. We specialise in getting that pre-baby bod back with pram works, pelvic floor work, boxing and fun circuits in a baby friendly environment.

Bouncing Bellies - This class is for pregnant women, all the way though all trimesters of the pregnancy this class is specially designed to suit the pregnant body with low impact and strengthening exercises.

Energise - This class is high energy, fat burning plyometrics class great for toning thighs, butts and abs, prepare to sweat with Lou for 45min of high impact all over body conditioning.

Body Pump - Les Mills Body Pump this is an all of body workout using a bar and weights of your choice targeting all major muscle groups and abdominals.

Body Step -  Step class is a great cardio workout, we also incorporate hand weights to add some resistance work and an abdominal workout at the end.

Yoga - Yoga is an ancient, systematic practice combining physical postures, meditation, breath work and philosophy. Yoga means union, harmony, present and accessible to all. Yoga at Logans Beach Retreat brings a creative and responsive approach to Hatha Yoga drawing from traditions; particularly Iyengar and Okido. This eclectic style of yoga brings together long established yoga postures, breath work and fluid sequencing.

Pilates - Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.

It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion.   It can even help alleviate back pain.

Kickboxing/Boxing - This is a cardio and strength training class suitable for everyone and all ages. This class is fun and teaches boxing skills with hand eye coordination.
