Spring is in the air! We have had a taste of the sun and less of the wind and rain in the last few weeks and we are starting to get excited about whats in store for us, lighter mornings, lighter evenings and warmer weather.
Other exciting times ahead are: Wedding season, Party Season, Spring Carnival and the Beach so now is the time to refresh your face and body in the day spa and hit the gym a few more sessions to get yourself looking and feeling terrific before we start shedding layers of clothing!

Zumba Mania
Zumba is the latest craze to hit Warrnambool! After having 3 trial classes at Logans we have decided to have Zumba for the month of September on a Thursday night at 6.30pm. Boxing will be held on Friday nights at 6pm. When October 8th comes around we will also have a morning Zumba on Fridays at 9.30am.
Zumba is free for members and $12 for casuals
