1. How do I pay my Logans Beach Club membership?
You can either pay your membership in advance or by direct debit. Memberships can be paid in advance by cash, cheque, or credit card. A direct debit system is also available using the EziDebit system.

2. How does EziDebit work?
EziDebit is a flexible and convenient method of paying your membership account. You can choose to pay your membership either weekly. Payments are made for you automatically from your nominated bank account, Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard on the due date giving you convenience and peace of mind.

3. Can I change my method of payment?
If you have chosen to have your membership payments automatically deducted using EziDebit, you can change your method of payment without incurring any additional fees.

4. Can I temporarily suspend my membership?
Yes. If you want to suspend your membership, you must make a written application to the Manager stating your reasons for suspension on a form prescribed by the Day Spa. The maximum period is 21 days for a 12 month membership. Only one suspension per membership is permitted.

5. Can I cancel my membership and am I entitled to a refund?
Yes. You may apply for a cancellation of membership after a non-refundable 3 month period. The application must be made in writing on a form prescribed by the Spa. For 12 month memberships, refunds will be calculated from the date the application is received with a one month maximum penalty up to the expiry date of the membership.

6. Can I accumulate my quarterly Day Spa treatment vouchers?
No. Your quarterly Day Spa treatment vouchers are not accumulative and will expire at the end of each quarter. Your voucher must be fully redeemed during one visit to Logans Beach Day Spa, and excludes Cosmedi-Spa services and treatments. The treatment voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the 10% treatment and product discount, gift vouchers, day spa specials or other offers on products and treatments.

7. How does my 10% discount off Day Spa treatments and products work?
As a Logans Beach Club Member, you are entitled to 10% off all Logans Beach Day Spa treatments and products, and excludes Cosmedi-Spa services and treatments. Your 10% membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with your quarterly treatment vouchers, gift vouchers, day spa specials or other offers on products or treatments.

8. What if I lose my membership card?

Each member is issued a Membership Card which must be presented before using the facilities, receiving treatments or purchasing products. If you lose your membership card, a $5 replacement fee will be charged. Your membership card is not assignable to another person and any misrepresentation or misuse may result in cancellation of your membership.

9. Is my membership transferable?
Yes Logans Beach Club memberships are transferable. Transferable once only with a administration fee, at the discretion of management.

10. Is there a limit to how many times I can visit the Bath House, solarium, steam room & Gym?
No. As a Logans Beach Club Member, you can use the Bath House, solarium, steam room & Gym as many times as you like during opening hours. It is important that you use our facilities as recommended by our staff. Controlled and sensible use of some of our facilities such as the saunas and solarium is strongly advised.

11. Can I bring guests to the Bath House & Gym?
Yes. A Logans Beach Club Gold Membership entitles you to bring a certain number of guests to the Bath House & Gym depending on your membership status. A charge will apply once your allocated number of guest passes has been used.

12. Can I bring my children to the Bath House & Gym?
No. The minimum age for the Bath House is 16 years.

13. Can I bring my mobile phone to the Day Spa?
As a courtesy to our other clients and to ensure your visit is relaxing, we encourage that all mobile phones are switched off before entry to the Day Spa and Bath House.

14. What do I need to bring?
You are required to bring your own swimwear and towel. Towels & Robes are available for hire from the reception desk upon entry.

15. Do I need to see my health professional before using any of the facilities at Logans Beach Day Spa?
If you suffer from health problems or have had an injury, it is advised you visit a health professional before commencing use of our facilities or exercise programs.

16. Are there corporate or group membership packages available?
Yes. Corporate packages are available and members discounts may apply to some group bookings. Please ask our staff for any corporate or group offers.
