At Logans Beach Retreat & Day Spa we have had our Health & Fitness centre operating since January 2007. With great success and our membership numbers increasing fast over the last 18 months we now need to expand to facilitate our growing memberships which brings the start of construction of our new fitness studio. The Fitness Studio will be built at the rear of the existing gym where our tennis court is now situated. The new studio will consist of a
massive group fitness room for the Aerobics, Boxing, Bar-Blitz, Group PT, Bounce Back with Babes, Pregnancy classes and much more. There will also be a larger Spin room, Yoga and Pilates room, reception area, showers and change rooms and extra parking.
This is an exciting time for our gym manager Louise Richards as we will be able to welcome some more members to Logans Beach Health & Fitness.
