Before your visit

We recommend you book in advance to ensure availability of services. A 25% security deposit or credit card number is required for all bookings. Cancellations within 24 hrs of appointment will forfeit the deposit. All appointments will be confirmed 24 hours prior. Consultation is included in appointment time.

When do i arrive?

To enjoy the relaxing and private atmosphere, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy one of our herbal teas as you begin to unwind.

What if im late?

Plan your ‘spa experience' carefully. Unfortunately late arrival will limit your treatment time. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Do i bring anything?

We provide all spa wear and lockers for your belongings. Guests are fully draped during body treatments for comfort and privacy. A bathing suit is required in our Bath House and optional in other Water Treatments.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are a wonderful present and are available for all occasions. Valid for six months.

Payment

We accept all major Credit Cards. A 10% discount is available to concession card holders. All prices include GST and are subject to change.
